This August, we're teaming up with the incredible Greystones Wellness Hub to launch the first in a new series of wellness events at Woodstock House, located within the Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort.

Our debut event, the Late Summer Mini Wellness Retreat, offers a thoughtfully curated morning of relaxation, restoration, and connection.

Let the end of summer be a moment of rejuvenation, restoration, and connection—with yourself and the incredible practitioners from the Greystones Wellness Hub.

Schedule of the Day:

9:30 AM – Check-In & Welcome Guests will be greeted with a welcome goody bag, featuring sample products and exclusive discounts from The Spa at Druids Glen. An introduction to the Greystones wellness hub practitioners will follow, along with time to mingle and settle in while enjoying Tea/Coffee & beautiful acai bowls in the elegant Drawing Room of Woodstock house.

10:00 AM – Circle of Reflection A gentle grounding session to open the day with intention and mindfulness. This is a space to connect with yourself and set the tone for the experiences ahead.

10:30 AM – Yoga Session The first class of the day begins with a 45-minute yoga practice designed to awaken the body and quiet the mind.

11:30 AM – Break & Aromatherapy Exploration A short interlude offering an opportunity to explore soothing essential oils and the benefits of aromatherapy. Guests can also use this time to relax and enjoy light conversation.

11:45 AM – Restorative Breathwork This calming breathwork class offers a gentle transition from movement into stillness, promoting inner peace and deep relaxation.

12:30 PM – Nourishing Lunch Break Guests will enjoy apple, carrot, ginger and beetroot juice, toasted banana and hazelnut bread, house granola with Compsey Creamery yoghurt, seasonal fruit, a selection of pastries, and tea or coffee, all served in the House’s beautiful dining room.

1.15 PM – A skincare talk and live demonstration led by a skincare specialist, offering expert insights and practical tips for healthy, radiant skin.

1:45 PM – Closing & Woodland Walk As the day comes to a close, guests are welcome to explore the enchanting woodland grounds of the Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort at their leisure.

THE VENUE - WOODSTOCK HOUSE

Woodstock House is a late Georgian country residence, originally built in the 18th century on the grounds of Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort. Steeped in history, this elegant house provides the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable retreat.

Set against the stunning landscape of the Druids Glen Golf Course, the Wicklow Mountains, and the Irish Sea, the house features a beautiful rooftop terrace—where, weather permitting, the yoga session will take place.

With its distinctive period charm and tranquil surroundings, Woodstock House offers an unforgettable setting that guarantees a restorative and inspiring retreat.
