AUGUST - Sunday Beginner Trail Run Series

Beginning August 3rd, once weekly for 5 weeks, on Sunday mornings, we'll meet for BEGINNER LEVEL trail runs on the Dublin / Wicklow Mountains, together building our fitness and experience.

Our final outing will be to Kippure and the Lough Brays! ⛰️💦

Our guided run/hikes are relaxed and supportive. We jog, hike and pause throughout.

🕝 9am - 10.30am.

August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31

Week 1 - August 3rd - Glendalough

Week 2 - August 10th - Cloon & Curtlestown

Week 3 - August 17th - Brockagh Forest

Week 4 - August 24th - Scarr Trails

Week 5 - August 31st - Kippure and Lough Brays! 🎉

Kit:

- Trail runners 👟



- Coat, hat and gloves



- Pack with fuel and water
