Culinary Workshop: The Art of Gluten-Free Bread - Yeast Rising

We will bake a lineup of both sweet and savory favorites: tangy lemon bars with a melt-in-your-mouth crust, blueberry muffins bursting with fruit, a flavorful sun-dried tomato twist bread that’s both beautiful and delicious, and gluten-free focaccia that’s perfect for dipping, sharing, or devouring warm out of the oven.

Whether gluten-free by choice or necessity, or just ready to learn something new, this class will leave you feeling confident, inspired, and well-fed.
