Hosp 101

This class covers the physical process and coping tricks for birth specifically for hospital birthing families. Interventions (tools) commonly used in the hospital, their pros, cons, and alternatives are discussed. All women must cope with discomfort at some point during labor, so this class is for anyone, whether they opt for an epidural or not. Price: $60 per birth team
