In This Workshop, We’ll Explore:
Mugwort Herbology
• Learn about the medicinal, emotional, and energetic properties of Artemisia vulgaris
• Explore its folklore, spiritual uses, and deep ties to women’s wellness and dreams
• Walk and talk in the gardens to meet mugwort in its natural habitat
Mugwort Tea Ceremony
• Prepare and share a calming mugwort tea
• Discuss its role in dreamwork, digestion, menstrual support, and intuition
• Journal and reflect with prompts under the trees
Poultices & Plant Touch
• Learn how to make a fresh mugwort poultice for muscle aches, swelling, and emotional tension
• Explore external uses for protection and clearing energy
• Gentle hands-on herbal application with intention-setting
Take-Home Herbal Magic
• Make your own small jar of infused mugwort salve or dried herb
• Recipes, instructions, and mugwort sprigs included
• Sacred circle closing with breath, gratitude, and herbal blessings
