Chair Yoga and MORE Intensive Certification

This is a two day intensive certification designed for yoga instructors, health care providers, or those interested in keeping their bodies moving.

In this certification students will learn:

How to use the chair as a prop to assist with a traditional yoga flow.
Understand the effects of the aging body and all of the tools and techniques for making a class fun and exciting.
Come see how this practice will not only benefit the aging student but the young as well. It truly allows for a deeper experience for Every BODY.
