The AGM is an important annual event to check in with society members on the overall financial and strategic direction of the organization. This is also an opportunity to get involved with the organization as a member of the Board of Directors. There are up to 11 voting seats, along with a 12th for our Executive Director, as a non-voting member (according to our bylaws, which you can read HERE).
Join the Board:
We’re looking for people with a passion for the organization, a background and/or skillset that can help the organization thrive (we need a multitude!), the willingness to put in work and be accountable, and who represent the diversity of the Yukon.
In particular, we are currently seeking individuals with experience in Legal, Business, Human Resources, and Building Management.
