Flow Yoga with Sara at Decora - YourYukonOasis: 6pm-7pm

Surrounded by lush tropical plants and the calming energy of nature, this is more than just a yoga class – it’s a weekly retreat into balance and renewal.

Sara, a seasoned instructor teaching since 2014, offers classes that are accessible to all levels. With a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement, her clear, supportive guidance creates space for grounding, connection, and flow.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-time practice, you’ll leave feeling strong, centred, and refreshed – all in the heart of a vibrant green oasis.

The space is in Decora's Canopy, and provides the mats, blocks, straps and complimentary tea.
