Amber, a Kluane First Nations yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, guides you through a slow, breath-linked flow that begins with gentle stretches and ends in deeply nourishing holds.

Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga, Amber creates a nurturing space where all levels are welcome. Her classes emphasize calming the nervous system, connecting to the breath, and creating space in both body and mind.

With a heart-centered approach and a deep love for holistic healing, Amber invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
