These are gentle walks, on easy pavements and paths.
We can take an accessible route if needed to accommodate wheelchairs or other needs such as prams.
There will be plenty of chances to rest if you need to.
We recommend wearing comfy shoes, and bringing a snack and a drink.
Getting here: There are regular Stagecoach buses into Whitehaven and train services. There is disc parking in town (usually 1hour) and major supermarkets have parking for up to 2 hours (please check the parking arrangements before leaving your car).
The walks will be led by run by Yvonne Myers, a Chaplain at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, as well as some other local staff and volunteers.
