This is Patti's explanation:
"You would set intentions for what you want to gain out of the journey. Then lay down and listen and sometimes not listen while experiencing your own visions or healing. We have gongs and drums, rattles and singing bowls, as well as my voice to help lead you through your journey. I usually tell people to bring blanket, pillow, journal, pen, and water though this space has lots of blankets and things to lay on.
Journeys I find to be the most transformative of healing modalities for it allows each person to search for meaning while releasing blocked up energy in a deep and varied meditative state relating to their own intentions and experience.
Weather permitting we will be Parking in the yard starting up by the barn. Someone will be there to tell you where to park. In case of rain, parking is on HOUSE side wide shoulder on rte. 136.
