About the event

Sea of Calm- Breathwork & Meditation by the beach

Start your day with calm and clarity in this 30-minute morning session by the sea. We’ll meet at 7:00 AM on Mermaid Beach on the pavement between the beach and the café. Using simple breathwork and guided meditation we’ll ground into the present and enjoy the morning sun. Please bring a mat or something to sit/lie on and a cushion if needed. Please contact me in advance if you have any health concerns.
