Curious about dancing in heels? This 4-week series is designed for anyone wanting to explore the art of pole dance in heels — no previous heels experience required.

We’ll cover the essentials of dancing safely and confidently in heels, including foundational movements, floor work, transitions, and musicality. You’ll learn how to move with intention, build strength, and create flow — all while developing your own style and presence.

This is a fun, supportive space to build your confidence, embrace your sensuality, and connect with your body in a new way.
