Ready to move beyond the basics? This 4-week series is designed for polers who are confident with their fundamentals and ready to step into intermediate-level skills.

We’ll explore inversions, shoulder mounts, new transitions, and fun combos that build strength, control, and flow — all in a supportive, guided space.

You should be comfortable with basic inversions to join this series.
