Join Nicki, from Wild Vedas Adventure Based Wellness, for a FREE informal gathering to chat all things ayurveda, tantra, yoga history and philosophy.

Bring the questions your have been pondering with your own practice or books you have been reading and let's explore them together. There is no planned topics or lectures, this is a participant led exploration based on the ponderings each person brings to the table. Just want to listen? You are welcome to come and start the exploration with us.

This is an opportunity to bring authentic teachings back into westernised yoga and deepen your movement practices through an understanding of the culture, stories and traditions that created this space.

We have 3 meets on different days coming up to reach as many schedules as we can 🥰

Bring a blanket to sit on and a warm drink and join us in the park!
