We have 8 wonderful programs headed out, each with it's own unique theme.
This isn't your average yoga retreat. Wild Vedas use wilderness environments and yoga as catalysts for self awareness, reflection and community growth. We facilitate nature-immersive journeys designed to spark challenging, authentic conversations so you return empowered.
Each of our immersive 3-day programs follows a thoughtfully designed rhythm.
Day 1 begins with a gear check and briefing, before we embark on our 10km hike into the heart of the mountains, carrying our gear. We'll pause for lunch along the trail, and when we arrive at camp we'll work together to set up our base before unwinding over dinner and relaxing.
Day 2 is dedicated to fully experiencing the awe-inspiring mountain magic, with activities tailored to the specific themes of your weekend. There is no hiking planned for this middle day, allowing for something we all take for granted - stillness in the mountains. Think workshops, alpine swims, and relaxing in the sun.
On Day 3 we will have morning movement, breakfast and then pack down our camp and winding our way back down the trail.
