The Journey Home -- Film Screening and Panel Discussion

In recognition of PTSD Awareness Month, Wheeling Vet Center invites you to its screening of “The Journey Home,” a film about one group of Veterans, their community, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and light refreshments.

The journey home for Veterans struggling with PTSD can be crippling, leading to isolation, depression, and hopelessness. This film seeks to tell the bigger story by focusing on the lives of Veterans, their families, and caring community members in small town Pennsylvania.
