Almost Heaven Yoga ~ Lymphatic Love Edition

On Thursday, May 22nd (6-7:30pm) Appalachian Roots Apothecary Lymphatic tea will be on tap throughout our slow flow, gentle yoga experience. A specially curated gently scented Almost Heaven candle will be under the warmer, treating our senses. You will learn a variety of simple & accessible movement & breathwork to specifically support our lymphatic system,


You'll also have access to an exclusively discounted Lymphatic Love bundle available this night only, including our favorite locally handmade soap from Colleen's Crafty Creations!
