Come and learn the personalities of your hormones, the "star" of each phase of our cycle, and how we can nourish each hormone to support a life of health, vitality, and optimal wellness.

Prior to Dr. Ashley's presentation, we'll explore gentle guided movement and nervous system regulation with Lindsay Schooler, local teacher of trauma-informed yoga with over 15yrs experience.
