Almost Heaven Yoga: Summertime Rest & Digest Edition

Each month, a different class theme including a free candle, complimentary herbal tea and private shopping experience. Welcome to Almost Heaven Yoga, with Lindsay Schooler, Kara Baum, and Ananga Martin. Class size of six.

Complimentary Appalachian Roots Apothecary Lymphatic tea is on tap throughout our slow flow yoga experience. A specially curated gently scented Almost Heaven candle will be treating our senses. You will learn a variety of simple & accessible movement, breathwork, and relaxation. June theme includes practices to both energize and revitalize us in summertime.

Bring a mat & blanket, and any comfort items you like. Blocks & bolsters provided. Cozy space for six.
