We'll be serving our new release, Human Construct, some fun deep cellar Primitive Beers, and a selection of traditional Lambic!
4-8pm at New Image Wheat Ridge
Back in early 2023, our friends from Brewery Novalis visited us in Colorado and helped choose an assemblage of puncheons for blending, selecting stock that showcases many of our favorite characteristics of mature, bitter, and caramelized spon. This hand-picked Golden Blend rested an additional six months in freshly emptied @thefamilyjonesdistillery Earl Grey Gin casks. Packaged in December 2023 and naturally carbonated in bottle with our young stock, weโve let this project age with care. After conditioning gently in our cellar for 18 months, Human Construct is ready for enjoyment, tasting delicious, if we might say so ourselves, and clocking in at an understated 9.6% ABV.
