*This event is catered to an 18+ crowd. Class will begin at 4pm(45mins) and end with a sound bath. Coffee and refreshments to follow.

🧘 BYO mat – space is limited, so come early and comfy. Although there is no dress code for the event, tropical prints encouraged.
