Food Manager Certification Course (Two-Day)

Northwest Bergen Regional Health Commission will host a two-day ServSafe Food Manager Certification Course, a nationally recognized program designed to prepare participants for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. The course covers essential food safety principles, including personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, time and temperature control, and cleaning and sanitizing procedures. The training will also include the latest FDA updates. Registration fee includes instruction, book, and exam.

The certification exam will be administered and proctored at the conclusion of the second session. Successful participants will receive a certificate valid for five years.

The course will be taught by Gina Behre, HO, MS, REHS, and held at Pompilio’s Pizza and Restaurant, 223 Westwood Avenue, Westwood, NJ. The schedule is as follows:

• Monday, June 16, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Monday, June 23, 2025 – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
