Event Details:
Hours: 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Location: Myers Park, 7117 CR 166, McKinney, TX 75071
Registration will close on June 2 at 11:00 p.m.
(This is the deadline to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full).
Ranks: When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be in Fall 2025 (9-1-2025).
Cost:
Youth Participant: $100 regular price. Early Bird Special $75 until April 29 at 11:00 p.m.
Adult Volunteer: $15.00
Youth Volunteer: $15.00
Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy
T-Shirts:
***April 29, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. is the deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you register after April 29, you may still select the size shirt you would like. HOWEVER, we will be unable to guarantee you will get the sizes or quantities you selected.***
Health Forms:
An up-to-date Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A&B are required for every participant, including youth, siblings, adults, and staff. Health forms will be turned in prior to the start of camp. Additional instructions will be provided after registration.

Leader guides will be published for each camp before April 1, and will be available on our council webpage at:
