Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you let us know within 5 full working days before the class date, then you are entitled to a full refund or your voucher will be reinstated. If you cannot give us 5 working days’ notice then the following conditions apply.

We will always try to help resell your booking but class bookings are like theatre tickets. There are limited numbers of tickets sold per class and the class must go on and will incur the respective costs regardless of cancelations. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for changes in peoples work commitments, itineraries or for sickness but you can of course let someone else of your choice replace you.

In general, if no one can attend in your place we cannot guarantee a replacement transfer when given less than 5 working days’ notice, so unless a replacement booking is found, you should be prepared to forfeit your booking, transfer it to someone else on the day or be placed on a cancelation waitlist.

What we can always do to try to help, is alert our waitlists and readvertise the tickets on our website. If a replacement booking is found, we will certainly pass on the credit and transfer you to another class of your choice.

If there are no replacement bookings before the class date, then we offer to put you on a waitlist for future late notice cancellations or empty class places.

Our late cancelation policy covers last minute COVID and emergencies and is a ‘make up’ class system, which is offered at our discretion when we have a class that may not be full a few days prior.

We will email you the class details and you can chose to confirm a booking or not. We can offer this service to you free of charge but only for a maximum of 3 notifications after which time your transfer options will expire and there will be no entitlements or refund options available to you.

Please note that if you are cancelling more than 3 places in the class or it is very short notice, it is very unlikely that we will be able to resell your booking so it’s always better to try to send sending someone else in your place to enjoy the experience that was originally booked.
