Sound Meditation with Nina & Mike

Join certified gong practitioner and yoga teacher Michael Vecchi for a unique practice to align the chakras using water, seed sounds and crystal singing bowls combined with guided meditation.

In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few". Shoshin is a Japanese Buddhist concept. A beginner's mind allows us to approach situations and challenges with an open mind, making it receptive to new ideas and possibilities. Gather with us for a practice and guided meditation to cultivate Shoshin. Relax to the peaceful tones of crystal singing bowls and release to the shimmer of gongs.

Wear comfy clothing. Blankets and mats are provided ,please feel free to bring additional props such as pillows if you'd like. Please arrive early as doors close promptly at the start of class.
