Family Yoga Night w/Shannon

Guess what's back?!?!? Are you ready to bond with your family while strengthening your mind and body? Then join us in Westminster for this fun and interactive Family Yoga Class!

Our all-levels class is perfect for adults and children of all ages, so bring the whole family! Our instructor/educator Shannon will guide you through partner and individual movement and poses, using music, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to help you build emotional, mental, and physical strength.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and we have yoga mats and other props available for your use.

$30 covers your whole family!
Grandparents, moms, dads, aunts, uncles, etc and kids of all ages!
