Join Audra from Autonomy Pelvic Health at Zen Yoga & Wellness in Westminster MA for a fun, judgment free 4-week series where you’ll learn how to reconnect with your core, strengthen your pelvic floor, and stop leaks before they happen (because peeing a little when you deadlift is not a badge of honor).

You’ll get:
