Free Community Yoga | Wilcox Park Westerly

Come be part of a free, community-focused yoga event set in the peaceful, green surroundings of Wilcox Park in Westerly, RI!

Led by the talented new graduates of Sangha Yoga School, this 75-minute practice will offer a diverse experience under the trees, immersed in nature's beauty. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, celebrate our new teachers, and enjoy the fresh air in a unique yoga gathering.

Arrive early, enter the park via the High Street entrance, and check in by the pond! Don't forget to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a friend.

In case of inclement weather, the yoga class will be held indoors at The YMCA Administrative Office Building at 90 High Street.
