Mother's Day: Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

Celebrate the nurturing spirit of Mother’s Day with a deeply relaxing and heart-opening journey of sound and stillness. This special event combines the healing vibrations of an atmospheric sound bath with the gentle support of restorative yoga, creating space for mothers, daughters, grandmothers, caregivers—and anyone wishing to honor the feminine energy within.

Jenn and Greg will guide you through this 75-minute session, deeply immersed in an alchemy of therapeutic sound instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, drums and gongs. We invite you and loved ones to fully unwind, reset, and connect with the healing powers of this truly nourishing practice.
