Goat Yoga

Baby goats are BACK at Release! Imagine practicing yoga while feeling the positive energy of nature—fresh air, green grass… and adorable baby goats prancing around your feet, and running across your back! This is something you don’t want to miss.

Join Christine Trombetta for this very popular event. It WILL sell out. After, enjoy Bliss with the Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room and Mineral Spa. Save your favorite workout outfit for another night as baby goats are curious, playful, and love to taste test. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and water, as well as a robe and sandals for the Bliss part of the night! We will NOT be providing robes and sandals for this event.

5:00pm – Check In
5:30pm – Goat Yoga
6:30pm – Bliss
7:30pm – Evening concludes
