1. Memorize, Internalize and Customize your script for your listing presentation
2. PRACTICE your listing presentation with an accountability partner multiple times
3. Customize your script to ask for the Listing
4. Know what you will say when they ask for a commission reduction
5. Know what to say when they think their home is worth way more than the value based on comps
6. Consider offering packages to alleviate them from asking if you will discount your fees
7. Understand the Listing Agreement and documents associated with taking a listing
8. Practice filling out these documents in a sample scenario
9. Prepare how and how often you are going to report to the Seller the showings, feedback, updates, etc.
10. How are you going to present each offer to your seller?
