Heart-Centered Kids Mindfulness & Meditation Class

Super excited to announce that registration is open for my Heart-Centered Kids Mindfulness & Meditation Classes!

These classes are perfect for any child, whether they need support calming their energy, want tools for navigating big feelings, or just enjoy learning new things about themselves!

Classes will take place weekly on Saturdays beginning July 12. Each class is designed to help children build emotional awareness, mindfulness skills, and inner calm in a playful, supportive environment.

Each session includes:
• Gentle, age-appropriate meditation
• Mindfulness activities
• Group connection and fun!

Classes are grouped by age (K–2, 3-5, and 6-8) and held at Nadi - Integrative Care in West Des Moines (Valley Junction). Classes are drop-in friendly, with 24-hour advance registration required to ensure we have adequate space and materials.
