Surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, classical guitar, African harp, drumming, gongs, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be gently led into states of profound relaxation, inner clarity, and energetic realignment. Each sound wave is designed to harmonize your body and spirit with the cosmic frequencies amplified on this potent day of manifestation and heart awakening.
"In this immersive workshop, you’ll unwind in one of our Aerial Hammocks while being surrounded by the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath. Using instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, the practitioner creates a meditative soundscape that promotes relaxation and harmony.
As the gentle tones and vibrations flow through you, they help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite a deep sense of inner peace. 🔹 Accessibility Note: This workshop is held on the second floor and requires ascending/descending one set of stairs.
📌 Due to the restrictions of our booking page, the times are listed as 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. However, to allow for room reset and attendee transitions, the second session will actually begin at 6:45 PM and end at 7:45 PM.
