Hot Pepper Eating Competition

Can you beat the heat among a table of your pepper-eating peers? Join the Historic Valley Junction Foundation and Iowa Pepper Co. as they co-host the 3rd annual Valley Junction Farmers Market Hot Pepper Eating Competition.

Each round peppers will get higher on the Scoville scale until one spicy human remains. Cash prizes for the winners, and free t-shirts for all competitors. This competition is limited to the first twelve to sign up, so sign up early!
