About the event

Aerial Yoga with Ally at The Journey's Path, Tuesdays at 6 & 7 pm
A unique way to move your body, Aerial Yoga utilizes the supportive fabrics to enhance and elevate traditional yoga poses. Classes are beginner friendly and designed to be accessible and enjoyable, regardless of your experience level. Prior knowledge or aerial arts or yoga is not required.

Yoga mats available, but feel free to bring your own. Please bring water bottles, wear comfortable clothing without zippers or velcro, and remove all jewelry so as not to tear the silks.

This class will take you to new heights!
