Task Force Mat Fitness

Join Task Force Mat Fitness for a BJJ seminar conducted by Master Rigan Machado on 14 June 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 903 Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380. This operation is designated HIGH IMPORTANCE, as all personnel will face extreme pressure (literally and figuratively). The cost of admission is $100, a small price to pay for lifelong PTSD (Post-Tap Stress Disorder). The primary objectives include: • Enhancing ground combat effectiveness. • Experiencing unparalleled top pressure without oxygen relief. • Realizing that your best moves are ineffective against a true master. Commander’s Intent: Maximum participation, maximum learning, minimum self-respect remaining. Concept of Operation: • Phase 1 – Pre-Mission Prep: Tape up, hydrate, and write a farewell letter to your ego. • Phase 2 – Execution: Master Machado will demonstrate techniques while casually dismantling all ranks. • Phase 3 – Recovery: Attendees will attempt to regain feeling in their limbs, shake hands respectfully, and then stagger towards food. Medical: Ice packs, tape, and counseling will be available on-site. Logistics: Hydration stations and moral support squads will be in place. Post-Seminar Gathering: Likely to occur at a protein-based recovery facility (TBD).
