INVISIBLE LABOR: Reshuffling The Load, a compassionate workshop for parents

We invite you to join us for Invisible Labor: Reshuffling The Load, a compassionate workshop for redistributing responsibility.

Invisible labor is real--AND it's exhausting! This workshop creates a space to name it, understand it and reshuffle the family load with care, clarity and collaboration. Come ready for honest conversation and practical tools that lead to lasting change.

This workshop is facilitated by Dayna Pizzigoni, LPC, PhD. Dayna is a psychotherapist who owns a private practice that offers in-person and virtual counseling in PA and DE for individual and group support. She specializes in supporting perfectionists, high performers and parentified daughters who grew up in emotional deserts. Dr. Dayna also trains other clinicians on how to navigate eating disorders and spirituality counseling. She is a mother of two kiddos that she birthed in two years and loves to wrestle and read with them. Dayna enjoys hiking, singing (#correctlyricsoptional) and laughing with her sister.
