Join us for an evening of self-healing and growth after heartbreak at our "Cultivating Life After Love and Loss" community circle.
Cultivating Life After Love and Loss is a circle for anyone who is searching for hope within the shadow of grief. Over time we will explore tools and rituals to assist with cultivating life after loss and perhaps discovering gratitude within grief. We will travel this journey while in community, the exsistence of our soul!
As a "Reverent", Corinne Cortes lives a life with compassion for all. As a multi-spirited educator, with over 30 years of teaching experience, she designs workshops with you in mind. Her current work includes Trauma Informed Care, Death and Dying, and Mindfulness Education. She also leads meditations and breathing sessions. The meditation and breathing practice has assisted Corinne in cultivating life after her personal story of love and loss! Please call Corinne 917-273-6116, if you would like more information.
