Embark on a year-long journey through the chakra system with monthly workshops designed to activate and strengthen your energy centers through powerful guided visualizations and personalized affirmations.
Each month focuses on a different chakra or crystal, providing you with practical tools to enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
In these 90-minute sessions, Shevah will guide you through sensory-rich chakra activations, combining breath work, affirmations and gratitude practices to create harmony and alignment within your energy system. Experience a safe, supportive space where your senses can open, reset, and flow freely.
Each workshop concludes with Shevah's daily chakra balancing ritual—a comprehensive practice moving from root to crown that you'll master by year's end. This intentional monthly practice helps calm an overactive nervous system while training your senses to focus and flow in favor of greater happiness, wealth, health, and love.
