Cleanse & refresh - post Glastonbury retreat

Join us for a delicious day at this beautiful venue with detox focused yoga and Reiki, cleansing drinks and a Bistro lunch around your spa time - all finished off with a relaxing sound bath. Perfect for anyone needing a reset or cleanse.

The itinerary for the day is:

9:30AM - arrival and welcome - we will welcome you with a cleansing drink and refreshing cucumber water, while you book your Reiki slot, choose your lunch and get yourself settled in for the day
10AM - guided breath work and detox yoga session
11AM - 121 Reiki sessions/ lunch/ spa time
2:30PM - sound bath
3:30PM - close

Herbal / decaf and regular teas and coffees will be available on arrival and with your lunch - your choice of salad from the Bistro menu. Cleansing and purifying waters and fruit served on arrival and available throughout the day.

Reiki sessions will be 15 min pp and need to be booked on arrival.
Limited spaces - pre-booking essential.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the sound bath and costume etc for your spa time and contact me with any questions.
