Chill in Pylle sound bath session

Join me for a relaxing and peaceful first sound bath at this beautiful spot as we move closer to the Capricorn full moon. A fantastic opportunity to harness the power of this dedicated and hard-working full moon.

These sound baths are a lighter format of the various sound baths I host. This enables me to keep the prices affordable as accessibility of my services is a top priority. Sound baths are a beautiful way to process and heal physical and mental health issues including stress, burn out and insomnia.

Please arrive 10 mins before the scheduled start time for a prompt start and bring:

water to drink

yoga mat / something to lie on (the majority of the session is lying on the floor)

blankets and cushions - slippers, oodies and dressing gowns encouraged!


Please contact me if lying on the floor is uncomfortable and I can bring something else.

Try and have a think about what you'd like to get out of the session before you arrive - this might simply be a delicious hour to yourself, but you may also be seeking a specific type of healing.
