The Parent Space - pilot session; The Transition into Motherhood

Join myself and Malama Mama Doula Clair at our new sessions for parents to reflect and grow through the different stages of parenthood. Each session will have a particular focus and will be based around a sharing circle, guided meditation and restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath.

The pilot session will be held in Pylle Village Hall - focusing on the Transition into Motherhood. We will welcome you with a cuppa and open with a discussion and sharing circle around the many physical, mental and emotional changes we face through pregnancy, birth and early post partum to reflect on your experiences.

We will then take you through a guided meditation and restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath to release any feelings that have come up in the session, leaving you feeling relaxed and restored.

This session is offered at an introductory rate of £20 while we trial the format and flow.

Please bring a yoga mat, or something to lie on, pillows, blankets and water to drink. We will email you the day before the session to remind you.
