Pickle & Preserve Power Hour

Preserve the flavors of your garden harvest! In this workshop, you’ll make quick-pickled veggies, an herb-packed chimichurri, and an infused vinegar to add flavor to your meals all year long. Easy, approachable, and oh-so-satisfying!

Menu:
Quick-Pickled Garden Veggies (cucumbers, beets, carrots, peppers)
Garden Chimichurri Sauce or Sauerkraut
Herb-Infused Vinegar (rosemary, basil, or thyme
Bonus: Tastings with crackers or bread
Garden Goodies:
Cucumbers, carrots, beets, peppers, parsley, cilantro, garlic, herbs.
