1st • Book your Hotel at Mt Hood Oregon Resort
The Mt. Hood Resort’s Special Event rate per night starts at $139 + $30 + local room tax.
It’s best to register early to guarantee the discounted rates. The Resort understands that each individual will make their guestroom reservation directly with the Resort at 503-622-2250.

2nd • Register your car at

* Early Bird Registration is available until the end of day 5/26/2025 at the rate of $190 per single attendee (with 1 auto) and $90 per Enthusiast (guest of attendee), including the banquet.
* Standard Rate begins on 5/27/25 at the rate of $230 per single attendee (with 1 car) and $110 per Enthusiast (guest of attendee) including the banquet. (Onsite Registration will occur an additional $45 fee)
$190 –Participant includes 1 Person with 1 Car, Program, Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, Car Show and All Driving events and link to download souvenir video.
$90 – Enthusiast (no Car) includes Program, Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, Navigator only in car events
$35 – Child is defined as 15 and under and includes Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, any lunches provided.
$25 – One Additional Entry to Car Show – for Registered Participant
$30 – Additional Driver adds Registered Enthusiast or Participant as a Driver of one Participant’s car for Autocross, Funkhana, and Rally.
