Sunday Stillness

As the weekend comes to a close, take this hour to slow down, center yourself and gently transition in the week ahead. This virtual (online only) guided meditation session offers a peaceful space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your breath and body. Through stillness and mindfulness, we'll cultivate a sense offense and presence to carry with you into the week ahead. No prior experience needed -just come as you are. All are welcome!
