Join us beneath the summer stars for an evening of myth and magic as we gather to honor the Lion’s Gate—the celestial alignment when the Sun in Leo rises with Sirius, the Dog Star, the creator's canine companion, and our brightest celestial neighbor! These are the days that radiate the ancient frequencies of heart sovereignty and soul-remembrance. We'll trace the mythopoetic threads of Sirius—once revered as Isis’ guiding light and Anubis’ sacred star—shining its wisdom from beyond the veil. There is a ritual conversation that is emerging these nights, between the lion heart and the canine soul: a braiding between the nobility of the heart and the true courage it takes to the love the world, and all those gatekeepers and edge-characters who guard the doorways to the otherworlds.
This Lion’s Gate we court the wisdom, deep history, & stories of our companion & brightest stellar neighbor!
We will have a potluck tostada bar at 5:30 at the wood fired oven at Wild Abundance. Bring toppings or a side dish!

***Parking Instructions***
You can park at Wild Abundance (WA) for this event. 65 Sanford Way, Weaverville, NC. Once on Sanford Way follow the signs to WA. There is a steep gravel road to the left across from a green box truck at the beginning of WA. There is a traffic cone because the road is not to be driven up. You can park below. To get to the High Meadow, walk up the steep gravel path across from the box truck. To get to the Pavilion at Wild Abundance, do not walk up the steep gravel path, but walk straight down the road past the box truck and the big pavilion is on the right. Please do not park in anyone's driveway! Thanks.
