4 week Somatic Series: Rooted & Radiant

This is a four-week series, meeting for two hours weekly on Thursdays- August 7, 14, 21 & 28. The fee includes the entire series and it is a closed, sacred circle once we have begun. Develop deeper presence, better coping, intuition, compassion and resilience through practical somatic skills, authentic expression, and connection. You can be sure we'll have some fun, too! Week 1 – Foundations of Awareness

Building somatic literacy, awareness & presence through practical skills

Week 2 – Deepening Presence & Compassion

Expanding into advanced embodiment practices; attuning to ourselves and others while recognizing and respecting boundaries

Week 3 – Expressing the Authentic Self

Opening channels of creativity through movement, voice, exploration and playful connection.

Week 4 – Integration, Intuition & Resilience

Weaving our somatic practices into daily life, exploring the body-spirit, cultivating clearer inner guidance, and sharing strength in community

a.rae (Ashley Rae Stevenson) is a certified trauma-informed embodiment coach & somatic facilitator, with a long background in psychology, expressive arts, bodywork, yoga, and healing arts.

She infuses her teachings with powerful story, laughter, lived wisdom and embodied compassion.
