Adaptive Yoga Workshop

Is yoga really for everyone? YES!
Join Ally in this extensive workshop covering yoga for those that maybe wheelchair bound, have injuries, stuck seated at work all day or even the elderly.
During the workshop participants will create sample adaptive yoga sequences and practice teaching them to each other. The take home manual will have instructions, cues and pictures.
