Mark Your Calendars! The Most Excellent James A. Fields, Jr. Class - Royal Arch Festival of Degrees
The Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Virginia is thrilled to announce a special Festival of the Degrees, being hosted by the Officers and Companions of Waynesboro Union No. 2!
Join us on Saturday, June 14, 2025, as we honor Most Excellent James A. Fields, Jr., Past Grand High Priest (2013) and Past Grand Commander (2007), with a full day of Royal Arch Masonry.
This event will be held at Lee Lodge No. 209, located at 1600 West Main Street, Waynesboro, VA, 22980.
We'll begin the day with fellowship and refreshments starting at 8:00 am, with the Degrees commencing promptly at 8:30 am.
Most Excellent Russel Snodgrass, Associate Grand Lecturer and PGHP (2002), will be coordinating the facility, event, and our exceptional degree team. This is a wonderful opportunity for petitioners, candidates, and all interested Master Masons to receive the Royal Arch Degrees in a unique setting with a dedicated and skilled team.
Important Information for Chapters with Candidates:
Please ensure your Candidate(s) are fully aware of the time and location of this Festival and that it is expected to be a full-day event.
A PHYSICAL COPY of your Chapter Letter must be provided at check-in for each Candidate.
Each Chapter must have one Companion in attendance to vouch for each of their Chapter’s Candidates at check-in.
Please provide a Chapter Penny for each Candidate.
Please provide a Mark Sheet for each Candidate.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided. A suggested donation of $15 per Companion is appreciated to help offset costs. Royal Arch Chapters may elect to pay for their Candidates.
